PT ORGANIZER APP

Shaping the complete digital identity and interface of a personal training platform, from brand to every screen.

PT Organizer is a comprehensive platform designed to help personal trainers manage their clients, schedules, and programmes in one place. I joined as the sole UI/UX Designer and took ownership of the product's entire visual and experiential identity, from early user research through to a fully realised design system spanning over 60 screens.

Approach: Research First, Design With Purpose

Every design decision was grounded in real user needs and close team collaboration.

I conducted user research to understand how personal trainers actually work, their pain points and daily workflows. These insights shaped the information architecture from the ground up. Working closely with developers and a project manager, I ensured design decisions were user-centred, technically feasible, and aligned with the product roadmap.

Beyond interface design, I built a comprehensive design system for visual consistency and scalability. I also developed the brand identity from scratch, including logo, colour palette, typography, and visual language, giving PT Organizer a cohesive presence across all touchpoints.

Outcome: A Unified Product, Inside and Out

The result was a polished, consistent product with over 60 screens, a scalable design system, and a strong brand identity that set PT Organizer apart in its market. The close collaboration with the development team meant designs translated smoothly into production, reducing friction and speeding up delivery.

Reflection: What This Project Taught Me

PT Organizer reinforced something I value deeply, that great design doesn't happen in isolation. Being the sole designer in a cross-functional team pushed me to communicate clearly, defend decisions with research, and stay flexible without losing sight of the user. It also gave me the rare opportunity to shape a product's identity end to end, from its first pixel to its brand voice.
